A moment of Remembering

In certain moments the veils are thinner, the mass hypnosis is less compelling. Things slow down and I See myself and world around me much more clearly. In these moments, tears come easily. The sacredness of every single thing is apparent and the Heart can’t help but be touched.

This morning I had one such moment, after an inquiry with a friend in which the power of Presence brought us both into direct contact with the preciousness of the Present Moment. Not as nice spiritual words or ideas, but as direct lived experience in the moment. Here Gratitude emerges effortlessly.

Often we are living in the state of Forgetfulness. Stuck in our stories, mental loops, in something so small. And then in a moment of Grace, there is Remembering again. The Heart softens, we are touched.

We cannot help but to cry, to bow down, to give thanks for it all.

What makes you Remember?

Inquire into this question and then build your life around the answer.
